Drama Services for adults
ACT ON INFO have worked with a number of different adult groups including buisnesses, teachers, social workers, people with mental health problems and community groups.
Conferences
You provide the subject and Act On Info will research, write and perform and/or facilitate a tailor made forum theatre performance to enhance your conference.
We will liase with you at all levels to make sure the performance teaches the right message to your delegates.
This can be a straight performance or can include the use of forum the theatre, worksheets, games and discussions.
Alternatively, Act On Info can work with a group of your choice in association with your organisation to produce a piece of issue based drama.
Workshops
Act On Info have facilitated many drama workshops with adults. These workshops are used to increase confidence, build teamwork, be motivational and fun. Workshops can be specifically designed for your organisation. You provide us with a group, and what you want the group to gain from the workshop and we will tailor make the workshop to your requirements.
Workshops can be for a one off individual length of time (Minimum 1 hr) or can be run over the course of a week, or spread once a week over the course of six weeks.
Play in a Day
Play in a Day is not just for young people, adult groups can gain a much better understanding of what they are capable of by producing a comprehensive piece of theatre in a day.
Play in a Day increases individual confidence, encourages teamwork and awareness of others, enhances public speaking skills, improves concentration, gives a sense of achievement and is great fun.
This is a great tool to bring together a group or team who have not worked together before, or to increase the productivity of an existing team.
Training and Interviewing Through Role Play
Roleplay is a vital tool that many organisations are using to train and assess their exisiting staff and to recruit new staff.
Using actors can ensure that the realism of the situation, actors genuinely react to the situation they are in providing a convincing, consistent and memorable session.
Our actors are trained and experinced at giving feedback both in and out of role.
