PSHE BASED DRAMA WORKSHOPS: KS2
HEALTHY EATING – INTERACTIVE DRAMA WORKSHOPS
Meal or No Meal
Our interactive drama workshop for schools is a great way of increasing your children’s awareness of the importance of healthy eating and helping them to understand and make the right choices in terms of their diet and wellbeing.
Our healthy eating drama workshops for schools follows the adventures of the argumentative Pickle family who can’t agree on which is the best type of food to eat – until they get invited onto their favourite game show “Meal or no Meal”. But they need help from the pupils in order to win the show!
Featuring games like “Sticky Fingers” and “Which Food Goes Where?” as well as quizzes and celebrity chefs this is a fun, stimulating, hands on show!
The pupils learn about:
- The 5 different food groups
- How each food group helps our body
- 5 a day
- The benefit of a varied and balanced diet
- The importance of being active
