HALLOWEEN – PLAY IN A DAY

Halloween is the one of the oldest holidays still celebrated today and one of the most popular holidays, second only to Christmas. Millions of people celebrate Halloween without knowing its origins and myths. With time travel, tricky spirits and weird witches, our Halloween Play in a Day looks at the history and facts surrounding Halloween in an entertaining and informative way.

ACT ON INFO work with one class throughout the school day and at 2.45pm the class perform a play in front of an audience. Play in a Day drama workshops can be used to introduce or conclude topic work and for revision. The play performed at the end of the day is a 10-15 minute ensemble piece using inventive theatre techniques such as choral speech, stylised movement and mime.
