PSHE BASED DRAMA WORKSHOPS: KS3
ANTI-BULLYING – FORUM THEATRE WORKSHOP
Not My Fault
Our anti-bullying forum theatre workshop for Key Stage 3 pupils aims to raise awareness of bullying and its effects, by using forum theatre techniques to explore the roles of bully, victim and bystander. By the use of hot seating the pupils explore the motives behind each character and give advice as to what they should do next, helped by our facilitator to guide the questioning in constructive directions. We give pupils the chance to try out some of their own suggestions, explore the difference between being aggressive and assertive and show how we can deal with bullying by developing coping strategies.
